| These have been my best friends lately. |
Between the Musinex, some kind of off-brand 8 hour Tylenol, my Albuteral inhaler, amd the Hall's Honey Lemon Cough Drops, I have meds that I take at 12 hour intervals, 8 hour intervals, 4 to 6 hour intervals, and 2 hour intervals. The only way I can keep up is to write it all down. The Kleenex (the kind that have the lotion in them) are PRN.

ReplyDeleteEven better than the Kleenex with lotion are the Puffs Plus with Vicks, if you can handle the Vicks. Sometimes my it doesn't bother me, and other times it sets of my asthma.
And the very best thing for coughs? A tablespoon of honey. Works better than any of the OTC cough syrups. Wish I'd known about it years ago.

ReplyDeleteI;ve never tried the Puffs with Vicks. I haved used the Puffs with lotion, but I like the Kleenex brand better.
I've never had Vicks set off asthma, but when I use it, it works great for a while, then my sinuses start feeling raw, so I tend to avoid it.
Thanks for reminding me about honey! I grew up using it. I had my son pick me some up at the store.
